Sorry not sure if this is the place to post this, but i wonder if it is possible to find out where I can get a new pair of rosary beads blessed, or if I need too? I am from Dunedin initially, attended Saint Francis Xavier primary and Kavanagh College and am a Catholic but have lived away from New Zealand for some time, and admittedly have been away from the Catholic church and have not been preaching for some time. Due to my mother’s recent dementia diagnosis I have move moved back home to look after my mother and have her admitted to a dementia care facility. I have tried to rekindle a lot of family relationship which I have done and have found myself being being pulled back to my faith. My last pair of rosary beads were buried with my grandmother when she passed, and with my new set I plan to come to church and hopefully try repent and carry on the traditions that I was raised with. I currency live in South Dunedin area and I am familiar with Father Gerard Aynsley from my time at Kavanangh College and also being the priest who presided over my grandmother’s funeral. If I could find out where to get my beads blessed would be great, but would love to see Fathet Gerard again and perhaps have these blessed by him. It would mean a lot.
