NZ Catholic published their last edition on 30 June. Since the closure of the paper, a real prospect has emerged of genuine opportunity for the creation of a truly national news/media platform in collaborating with other dioceses. For this reason, we have delayed the startup of our own digital news service in order to sincerely pursue the development of a national platform. A further update will be provided early in 2025.
