A person can obviously be celibate and unchaste and maybe even incontinent. Celibacy is something of a possible loophole in that you could be conceivable incontinent and unchaste but still no break a vow of celibacy (??).
For a spiritual leader, I would prefer to see chastity and continence.
Again, the Cardinal “Uncle Ted” McCarrick story, among others, shows the line that can be walked as an incontinence, unchaste, celibate.
