The church cannot make a pronouncement until apparitions conclude.
This is how the system works in the Catholic church.
This means it cannot say if it is worthy of belief or not worthy of belief.
Anyone who claims it is a hoax must provide proof.
To date, no proof has been provided that indicates it is a hoax.

It may be that some experience some spiritual comfort at Medjugorje, but this is because there are so many people there seeking spiritual comfort and they feel they are among the blessed. Medjugorje is a hoax. Why would our Blessed Mother spend 30 + years saying banal, trite messages? Look for the money. People in Medjugorje and many, many travel agents make a lot of money from this hoax.
