I would be interested if some issues were more specific. In particular, the call for pluralism … does this include the idea of the state being neutral over differences in religion?
The Secular Education Network believes this principle is compromised by Bible in Schools classes which, with very few exceptions, are promoting Christianity in state schools, and that this amounts to the state itself promoting one religion over against others, and the rights of non-Christian people..
What does the Bishops council think about this controversial issue?
